By creating an account or using vaialongevity.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Who Can Use VAIA

You must be at least 18 years old to use VAIA Longevity. By using the platform you confirm that you meet this requirement. VAIA is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Face Scan

The Face Scan feature provides a visual age estimate based on images you choose to upload or capture. It is an appearance-based educational estimate only. It is not a biological age reading, a medical assessment, or a diagnosis of any condition. Face Scan is optional and requires your separate Face Scan consent, as described in our Privacy Policy and Face Scan Data Policy.

Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid plans (Pro and Elite) are billed via Stripe.
• You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Prices are shown in GBP and may change with notice.
• Where a free trial is offered, its terms are shown at sign-up.

Your Responsibilities

• Keep your account details secure and accurate.
• Use the platform lawfully and respectfully, especially in the community.
• Do not upload another person's image to Face Scan without their permission.
• Do not rely on VAIA content as a substitute for professional medical care.

Community Conduct

In community features you are responsible for what you post. Do not post unlawful, harmful, harassing or misleading content, or medical claims presented as professional advice. We may remove content or restrict accounts that breach these terms.

Limitation of Liability

VAIA Longevity is provided "as is" for educational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decisions you make based on platform content. Your health choices are your own and should be discussed with a qualified professional. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Where a change is material, we will make it visible in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
