What does the Face Scan measure?
An estimated visual age appearance based on photographic analysis. It is not a medical assessment and not a biological age measurement.
How much does VAIA cost?
Basic is free. Pro is £19.99/month or £199/year. Elite is £29.99/month or £299/year. Single passes: Face Scan £4.99, GP Report £9.99.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts with 7 days of full Elite access, no card required.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Any time from your dashboard via Manage subscription. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period. No calls, no emails, no retention hoops.
What happens to my Face Scan photos?
They are stored securely and you can delete them yourself at any time from your account. Deletion removes both the record and the underlying image file.
How is my data protected?
VAIA Longevity Ltd is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO ZC177993) and operates under UK GDPR. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. See our
