Who We Are

VAIA Longevity ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based educational wellness platform operating at vaialongevity.com. We are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Data We Collect

Account information: email address, username, and password (encrypted).
Profile and health information you choose to provide: age, goals, symptoms, supplements, and tracker entries.
Facial images you upload for the Face Scan feature.
Usage data: pages visited, features used, and technical information such as browser type and device.
Payment information is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

How We Use Your Data

To provide and personalise your experience on the platform.
To generate educational wellness content and Face Scan visual estimates.
To manage your subscription and process payments via Stripe.
To send service emails (account, billing) via Brevo.
To improve and secure the platform.

Facial Images & Sensitive Data

Face Scan images are processed to produce an estimated visual age appearance only. They are never used for medical diagnosis or biological age claims. Images are stored securely and you may request deletion at any time. We treat health-related information you provide as special category data and handle it with extra care.

Third Parties We Use

We share data only with trusted processors who help us run the service: Stripe (payments), Brevo (email), Cloudinary (media storage), AWS (Face Scan processing), and our hosting provider. Each is bound to protect your data.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@vaialongevity.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Data Retention

We keep your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data, including facial images, within a reasonable period unless we are legally required to retain it.
